Vivo’s upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to be the first phone to have a dual 200 MP camera, which will be the main and periscopic lens with 85 mm focus length. It also has an additional 50MP ultra-wide camera.
According to GSMArena reports, the Samsung ISOCELL HPB 1/1.4″ sensors are used in the periscopic telephoto camera, which is especially customized for the Vivo X300 Series. This camera sensor is also used in the Vivo X300 Pro mobile.
Not only that, the Vivo X300 Series is the top runner of the best camera devices because Vivo used the self-developed processing chip and Imagin chip to enhance camera performance. Also, it ties up with the Zeiss T* coating for better clarity in videos.
In this dual-200 MP camera race, the Honor Magic 8 Pro is also running along with the Vivo X300 Ultra, as early leaks suggest.
A standard Zeiss 50-megapixel, ultra-clear AF front camera with a 92-degree wide-angle lens that supports AF autofocus is also included in the phone, according to well-known tech tipster Digital Chat Station.
In terms of performance, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to house a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip, while the X300 and X300 Pro are confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC.
The two largest tech companies in China are currently keen to be the first to produce dual monster camera lenses. They both make performance-focused devices.
Along with them, a newer report suggests the X300 Series is going to launch with the camera-centric performance where they primarily talk about the most stable camera performance and ZEISS support for better clarity in pictures.
According to Smart Pikachu (Weibo Post), the phone is scheduled to launch on 14th October in China and is expected to house 12GB RAM along with 256GB and 512GB onboard storage. More information about the device is still yet to be released; stay tuned with us for the latest update.
