The executive officer has revealed the device’s AnTuTu benchmark scored more than 4.1 million, which is seriously impressive. Although there is no official confirmation for the processor, it is highly anticipated that the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC will be included in both of the Vivo X300 Series phones.

Apart from that, the regular Vivo X300 is said to come with a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display that will support a 120 Hz screen refresh rate along with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an APO periscope telephoto lens. Other features are expected: a triple 50MP camera on the backside, up to 16GB RAM, a regular UFS 4.0 like the Vivo X200, and reverse wireless charging support.

The officer also said the regular Vivo X300 will replace the X200 Pro mini, so it is quite possible that the phone may arrive with a 5700 mAh battery along with 90W fast charging like its predecessors.

It is like the X300 targeting the upper-midrange price, while the Pro model could hit an expensive range along with many new sensors and AI features. Expectations for both devices are high in terms of all aspects, whether it is quality photography or high-end gaming.
