POCO is preparing another launch, likely called the Poco X8 Pro. The smartphone has now been spotted in Indonesia’s official SDPPI certification database, confirming that its launch is moving closer.
According to the listing, a POCO phone with the model number 2511FPC34G has been approved in Indonesia. The certificate was issued on December 31, 2025, under PT Xiaomi Technology Indonesia, which is Poco’s parent company in the region.
Unfortunately, the certification does not reveal any hardware details or specifications. It only confirms the model number, which is expected to belong to the Poco X8 Pro, based on POCO’s past naming patterns for its devices.
SDPPI certification is a mandatory requirement for launching any smartphone in Indonesia, and it usually indicates that the device’s release is approaching. However, even at this stage, POCO has not officially shared any details about the phone.
Based on the latest leaks and rumors (via X / ZionsAnvin), along with the Indonesian listing screenshot of a POCO device, this certification is being linked to the upcoming POCO X8 Pro.

Based on past reports, POCO’s X-series usually comes with strong multitasking performance and a clear focus on gaming. So, it is highly expected that the upcoming POCO X8 series may be powered by a high-end chipset for improved gaming performance, along with an AMOLED display.

Based on India’s listing of the phone(Via NoteBookCheck), several rumors have surfaced on the internet indicating that the device may launch in India with a 1.5K AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and a Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset. Interestingly, the Dimensity 8500 Ultra has not been launched yet and is expected to be introduced in the near future, possibly alongside its standard variant.
However, Xiaomi has not revealed anything official about the POCO X8 Pro yet. We will keep an eye on further certifications, leaks, or announcements and update the story as soon as new details emerge.
